Pre-Season Conditioning & Technical Training With M.A.P. Returns This Summer!

Mass Athlete Performance (M.A.P.) in partnership with NSC will be running a 3 day pre-season conditioning and technical training prep clinic for players in grades 6 through 12

With a curriculum focused on developing power, speed, agility and endurance alongside technical work, the program is a great opportunity for both NSC players in Grades 6-8 Grade and High School players to hone both their fitness and skills ahead of the Fall season with an experienced and qualified coaching staff.
