TOPSoccer Volunteers / Buddies
US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training program for all athletes with intellectual, emotional, and or physical disabilities. The program strives to provide soccer opportunities (the opportunity of soccer) for players to develop at their own pace in a safe, fun, and supportive/inclusive environment.
The NSC TOPSoccer program runs as a clinic-style program each Fall and Spring, run by our TOPSoccer committee and a team of youth volunteers or “buddies”.
Buddies are paired up with athletes of varying abilities and experiences with soccer, and each week help lead the athletes through fun activities and games. TOPSoccer is an extremely rewarding program for athletes, buddies and organizers, if you’re 9th grade or above, enthusiastic and have an interest in getting involved, see below for more information.
