Connecting Players, Building Leaders: Needham Soccer Club’s Mentor Program
The Needham Soccer Club (NSC) Mentor Program connects experienced student soccer players with our younger teams to promote leadership, teamwork, and community spirit.
Mentors serve as junior coaches, helping to lead warm-ups, organize drills, and support practices and game-day activities, all while acting as positive role models for younger athletes.
This program is a volunteer opportunity open to middle school and high school students who enjoy working with kids and want to give back to the NSC community. The program is approved by Needham High School for Community Service Learning (CSL) credit.
