Registration is open for new AND returning referees for our Spring 2023 NSCCL season. New referees should register by March 18th.

We are looking for committed budding referees to join the ref pool, gain experience as a ref and make good money officiating games in our ‘in-town’ NSCCL program!

The NSCCL program consists of 4 divisions – 3rd/4th Grade Boys & Girls, and 5th/6th Grade Boys & Girls, and refs are assigned to each game.

Players must be 12 years or older on June 30th of the current year and attend a referee course. No prior experience necessary, but passion for the game of soccer helps!

Upon completion of the course, 1st time referees will be provides a referee uniform/pack. Referees are expected to officiate at least 5 games in their 1st season.

New NSCCL Referees:

Course Dates:
Spring 2023 courses will be held in late March

New Referee Course 1 – Monday March 20th 6-7.30pm @ Memorial Park Field House
New Referee Course 2 – Thursday March 30th 6-7.30pm @ Memorial Park Field House

Refresher Course (returning refs) – TBD
