Following the recent formation of the Needham Town Relations committee, one of our NSCCL teams recently got in the act, by volunteering time for the Packathon For Haiti!

After spending Saturday morning, on the field, The NSCCL 5th/6th Grade Girls Dash team worked nonstop for two hours on a assembly line packing nutritious meals to be sent to Haiti. During their shift they were part of a team that packed over 20,000 meals.The event supported the efforts of The Haiti Health Promise who in addition to supporting a private hospital in Haiti works toward addressing issues of food insecurity in Haiti.
