Congratulations to both Needham Arsenal and Needham Storm as they ran away with the Natick Columbus Day Championship!
Coach Brownridge’s 5th grade boys played great all weekend having only conceded 2 goals over the course of 5 games. Matched up against the Waltham Hawks in the final, Needham Arsenal came away with a convincing 4-1 W! (Pictured Below)
While the Needham Storm may not have been as resilient defensively, they certainly were nothing short of dangerous going forward as they netted 21 goals over 5 games. The final saw coach Kajunski’s 6th Grade boy’s walk away with a nail biting 3-2 victory over the Framingham Rev’s! (Not pictured)
Special shout out to the Needham Warriors and Needham United who finished as runners up in their divisions!
Special thank you to ALL of our teams, coaches, parents and players who participated in the Natick Tournament this past weekend! Regardless of the results these tournaments are where memories and special friendships are made as teams bond over team lunches, dinners and long breaks in between games.
We look forward to creating more memories like these in the future!!
