Fall & Spring Season Registration

NSC consumes significant time and resources in preparing for the season from the time registration opens. Some of which is the specific costs associated with each individual player, such as uniforms, insurance fees per player and field use fees per player. Refunds for player withdrawals are assessed based on the reason and timing of your withdrawal, relative to any unrecoverable costs incurred by the club

Fall/Spring Season Withdrawal
Families choosing to withdraw a player from the program after registration has ended, will receive a refund, but may incur some or all of the following deductions based on any unrecoverable costs incurred by the club at the time of your withdrawal. 

3rd-12th Grade Registrations ($225.00 Registration Fee)
Admin Fee: $20
Uniform Fee: $46.00 NSCCL Players* / $58.00 BAYS Travel Players*
MA Youth Soccer Insurance Fee: $17*

1st & 2nd Grade Registrations ($110.00 Registration Fee)
Admin Fee:$20
Uniform Fee: $20.00*
MA Youth Soccer Insurance Fee: $17*

*Players receive one uniform per Fall-Spring year. Players withdrawing from the Spring Season that already played and received a uniform in the Fall Season do not incur a uniform or insurance fee. 

Players withdrawn mid season may also have a prorated charge withheld based on their partial participation in the season.

Other Programs (Camps, Clinics, etc)

Families withdrawing a player from additional programs including but not limited to Spring Skills Academy, Development Academy, Winter Futsal and Summer Youth Academy may request a refund. 

Refunds will be deducted an admin fee of: $10

Players withdrawn once the program has begun may also have any refund prorated.
