What is TOPSoccer?
The Outreach Program for Soccer is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. The goal is to enable the thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.
TOPSoccer & NSC

The program has grown each season and continues to be a fantastic experience for players and volunteers alike. Needham Soccer Club programs rely on great volunteers for all of our programs. The success of the program lies with the Buddies, who are students in grades 8-12 who demonstrate a real love of helping others and also enjoy the sport of soccer.
If you would like to volunteer for this rewarding program, you must register online. Volunteers of all ages grade 8 and above are welcome. You must be able to commit to the majority of sessions and attend program orientation.
Buddies may be eligible to receive Community Service credit for this. Be sure to bring the appropriate forms to the last TOPSoccer session of the season to be signed.
