We will be running three Needham Soccer Club Champions League (NSCCL) Referee Training Courses:

Introductory Course
Dates: Monday April 1, 2013

Location: Pollard Lecture Hall

Dates: Tuesday April 2, 2013

Course Description: For boys and girls ages 12 and up wanting to referee in NSCCL. This will teach you how to ref all 6v6 NSCCL games.  This is a good first step to get referee training before moving on to ref Travel Games and becoming a certified referee through Mass State Referee Association.

Mandatory Refresher Course
Date: Thursday March 28, 2013
Location: Elliot Performing Arts Hall 

  Course Description: This is for all current 6v6 and 8v8 NSCCL Referees. The will aid you in preparation for the upcoming season. For those referees who only ref 6v6 games last year, this class will transition you to the 8v8 game also.

About The Mandatory Refresher Course: 

• Only one of the Introductory Course dates is needed to complete the course.
• If you can not make either Introductory Courses, you can go to the Refresher course.  However, the purpose of this course is to be a refresher for referees from season to season.  Therefore this is not optimal, the instructor will do his best to make it welcoming to new referees.
• BAYS Referees do not need to attend these courses 
• Please make sure your child brings with them an email address which we can use to send out emails like this on a weekly basis for game assignment, notifications and for the Referee Assignors to email them.  Parents are welcomed to give there emails also.  
• These courses are FREE  
• Referee Payments are made at flat game rate and are paid midway through the season and at the end of the season.
