The Needham Soccer Club (NSC) will offer to reimburse NSC teams for two tournaments per year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Guest players may be utilized if NSC players are not available but a minimum of three quarters of the team must be NSC players.

The following tournament is offered and paid for by the NSC:

-The Needham Memorial Day Tournament for D1 and D2 Travel teams (spring season)

(In return for NSC Teams not being charged parents of the team are expected to volunteer time towards the tournament)

NSC teams may enter other tournaments if they are not already entered in the above tournament and be reimbursed by the club.  A tournament receipt or a canceled check maybe submitted to the club treasurer for reimbursement of the tournament fee.  In some cases the treasurer can be asked by the coach to write a check in advance to a specific tournament for the applying team.

Coaches who create a team of NSC players from different NSC teams and would like to participate in a tournament in the either the spring or fall season may make a written request to the NSC board for approval.  This is a special request during the year and players cannot be playing for another NSC team in the same tournament.  The team must comply with the three quarter roster rule.

As the NSC does not hold a winter session NSC teams entering winter (December – March) indoor/outdoor tournaments will not be reimbursed.
