Coach and Volunteer Registration

NSC could not run without dedicated volunteers of all types. Parents are needed to help coach, manage teams (paperwork, phone calls, etc.), and to organize and staff tournaments.

Click HERE to register to be coach or assistant coach or manager. Returning coaches must register eachyear BEFORE Sept 1st. Please login to your coach account and register for the upcoming season. Be sure to update your coach profile with any new licenses, completed courses, additional coaching experience, etc.

If you want to be considered to coach a travel team, you must complete the coach registration prior to May 10th. Travel team coaches will be selected by the Selection Committee using the club's criteria and will be contacted to view tryouts.

Managers, Coaches & Volunteers

Parents interested in volunteering should fill out the online volunteer/coaching application.
After you login to your account, click on the green button “Register for a Volunteer Role“ and select the division (age and gender) that you wish to volunteer for and complete all the required fields. The system is designed so that you register for ONE team. If you wish to register for multiple teams, plase indicate that in the special requests or Notes section of the application.
If you wish to be considered to coach a travel team you must register to coach and update your coach profile prior to May 10th.We actively solicit our parents to act as coaches and assistant coaches. The state requires all adult volunteers (board members, coaches and assistant coaches) to undergo a CORI (Criminal background) check.

No volunteer is allowed on the field for games or practices without a completed CORI.
After you register online to coach in Needham Soccer Club, we submit your name to Mass Youth Soccer and they will contact you to complete the CORI background check via email.
